My Point is that the personnel Needs Safety Training. I had booked a pet stay room on the ground floor however, she said they were filled.-“ first come first served “ was her answer. We finna.ly got to the room which was on the 2nd floor. Being a medical professional, I asked her how she would help a person in an emergency if she doesn’t know where the rooms are located to help them? She didn’t answer me. I asked her why they don’t give a map with a floor plan & she just laughed. She didn’t know where it was nor did she know what any of the buildings names were. Then she said she had made a mistake & the Palms building was the one that is for guests with a pet. After walking thru All the buildings “around the corner” I returned to the desk. On arrival, the lady the reservation desk gave me my keys & told me my building was just around the corner. ![]() Harrah’s stay was not as good as last year! Harrah’s has become too big & impersonal.
